- When you register for or use the Wepozt App, we may collect information you provide, including your name or preferred name, mobile number, account credentials, contact address and information required to verify the account. Keep this information accurate and protect your account and verification codes.
- For a delivery, we may process sender and recipient names, telephone numbers and addresses, waybill numbers, goods declarations, tracking events, proof of delivery, charges and information required for COD settlement. When you use the portal or App, necessary technical data such as an IP address, device and browser type, access time and activity logs may also be generated.
- We use relevant information only as needed to provide accounts, orders, pickup, transport, delivery, tracking, proof of delivery, COD settlement and customer service; verify identities or orders; protect systems and transactions; and improve service quality.
- To complete a delivery or settlement, we may provide necessary information to participating outlets, transport and delivery partners, payment or settlement providers and technology providers. We may also provide information to regulators or judicial authorities where required by applicable rules.
- Personal information is stored in information systems managed or lawfully authorised for use by Wepozt. It is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes above, contract performance, dispute handling or applicable record-keeping requirements, after which it will be deleted, anonymised or retained as required by law.
- We apply access controls, permission management, transmission and storage safeguards and internal procedures proportionate to the information risk. No internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure, so protect your device, account, verification codes and tracking credentials.
- Through an officially published Wepozt contact channel, you may request access to, correction or completion of your personal information and, subject to legal and business record-retention requirements, request deletion, withdraw an authorisation or close an account. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
- If the purpose, method or scope of processing changes materially, we will update the relevant page or feature and provide any further notice required by applicable rules.
